Typical process for how a project starts and develops.

Phase I Design Brief

Discuss your desires for the project in detail and set expectations for budget and scope.

Phase 2 | Design Concept

Establish an aesthetics guide through visual boards. Generate conceptual plans using appropriate space planning and circulation / functional study. Furniture layout will provide scale and arrangement. Deliver Concept presentation for review and sign-off. This phase will include one additional iteration to include feedback from client.

Phase 3 | Design Development

Develop elevations and layout drawings with dimensions and call outs where required. Deliver design specifications such as materials, fixtures and appliances, hardware, furniture, fabric, art, accessories, window treatment, and lighting for client's review and sign-off.

Phase 4 | Procurement and Execution

Generate and execute purchase orders for the purchase of all goods approved by Owner. Coordinate orders for delivery. Supervision of fabrication of any custom items and inspection of all purchased goods. Site visits to inspect work performed. Oversee installation of furniture and furnishings. Punchlist items after final walk-through.
